Ordering Information:

My jewelry is custom made per order by me, so orders can take 10 to 14 days to fabricate and ship. Please take this into consideration when time is a factor. If you are in a rush or the item is for a gift, please contact me before ordering to ensure that I can fulfill your request.

Shipping:

I ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS International. International shipments are responsible for any fees or duties incurred by customs. Express shipping is available upon special request with a shipping time of 1 to 2 business days. If you would like Express Mail Shipping, please contact me prior to ordering.

After your package has shipped, PlumandSage.com is not responsible for the speed of delivery, packages undeliverable, etc. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.

Shipment Notification:

Once your order has shipped, I will provide a delivery confirmation number in your account status and mark your item as shipped. You will also receive an email notification on your changed shipment status. Please check your confirmation number or your shipment on USPS.com before contacting me about your shipment status.

Payment:

I accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through Paypal for your convenience. You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment.

Taxes:

Shipments within California will need to pay a sales tax rate of 9.25%.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders require full payment and the products are not returnable due to the difficulty of selling a custom piece to another customer.

Returns Policy:

I take great pride in my work, and create each piece with attention to detail because I want my customers happy and I want them to come back as return customers. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return any unused, unworn jewelry 7 days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will need to first contact me for a return authorization before returning an item so that my shipping instructions can be provided. *If you send me merchandise without prior approval, your items will promptly be returned to sender.
Returns must be shipped to Plum and Sage with postage and insurance already paid. I strongly recommend insuring any returned shipments for your protection. Return shipping costs and insurance fees are not reimbursable

Orders with customization are NOT returnable. If you have your initials put on an item or you want significant changes made to existing products, these cannot be resold so they are not returnable.

Privacy Policy:

Your information will never be shared with anyone under any circumstances, period.
