ABOUT US

SEEDING A MOVEMENT

We are changing the conversation about what it means to thrive in menopause. There's who we were before, and who we are becoming.

We promote growth and combat stereotypes, helping women embody joy and wisdom. We're Plum & Sage.

OUR MISSION

We want to give voice and visibility to women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Our worth does not have an expiration date. We can live vibrant lives (the Plum perspective) supported with wisdom (the Sage) from women who have navigated perimenopause and menopause with strength and purpose. They've shown us the way, as we hope to show you.

Something_Great_Happens.jpg

Something great happens when you put more than a few decades on the odometer: fear fades, truth comes into focus. Mid-life doesn't mean you're in crisis, because you’re in good company. We want to make this stage of our lives the best one yet. We can inspire our minds, enrich our connections, strengthen our bodies, and nourish our souls — even, perhaps especially, on the other side of menopause. Join our orchard—let’s do this together.
